-Once you get our estimate for rebuilding, that's it (no up sells.)

-Cleaning all Components

-Machining all parts as per estimate

-Balance all rotating parts

-Replace all bearings, seals, and oil sealing rings

-Complete Testing of Turbo Operation.

A turbo will never leave this building with the turbo not operating at my very high standards.

What is included in a typical turbo rebuild?

-Clean all external components.

-Complete disassemble of turbo.

-Spec out all internal component parts.

-Discard all internal bearings, seal rings, thrust parts, rubber internal seals.

-Measure all Bearing Housing Bores for wear.

-Measure all other components for wear.

-All internal component parts which were discarded are replaced with new parts.

-Complete turbo re-balance of components parts.

-Complete re-assembly.

-Turbo is tested on our flow tester for performance and leakage.

-In most cases, we can supply a brand new American made center section installed in your housings for around the same price as a rebuild with a 12 month, 12000 mile warrantee.

With any turbo work done, a turbo re-installation guide is supplied.
